The Dillsburg Commmunity Fair Association regrets that the inclement weather forced us to cancel the parades and outdoor events for our fair. John Kitner tells us this is only the 5th time in history that the Fantastic Parade has been cancelled. The first time was for the Great Depression, the second during World War II, and three times due to rain.
