Children's Events

Did you always wish there could be something for the kids to do on the Friday of Farmers' Fair week, since they are out of school anyway?

Come on down to the Fun Day for Kids on Friday, October 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and make this Farmers' Fair the most fun ever! This year we have have new farm-oriented activities for the kids to enjoy.

This year, you can bring your kids to the Fun Day for Kids activities on the playground behind Dillsburg Elementary School.

The Children's Parade is organized by Janet Sanderson and the Legion Riders.

2011 PARADE RULES AND INFORMATION:

**NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES**

**NO ADULTS IN COSTUME, CHILDREN ONLY**

**PRE-REGISTERED CHILDREN NEED TO PICK-UP THEIR # FROM ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH BY 6:00 PM, JUDGING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 6:15 PM.**

**WINNERS WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE WITHIN A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE PARADE**

CHILDREN ARE ENCOURAGED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR THE CHILDREN'S PARADE.  Any child who has been pre-registered, using the forms appearing in the DILL PICKLE and local newspapers, may pick up their number at the registration center between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. the night of the parade.
